Step 5 — Fix comfort before you blame the content

Two adjustments change the experience more than any setting in the player.

• Set your IPD. The Quest 3 has a continuous adjustment. If the lens spacing does not match your eyes, everything is soft and you will get eye strain within minutes and blame the video.
