How to Cancel Brazzers and Get a Refund: What the Terms Say
The short answer: Log in at the Cancel section of support.brazzers.com (it opens cancel.brazzers.com, labelled "Manage memberships and add-ons") and cancel every package, or ask support to do it by chat or email. Then keep the cancellation email. Brazzers' terms, last modified 8 October 2026, say card refund requests must be made within 120 days of the transaction and are decided at Aylo Billing's discretion, with no refunds for partly used memberships. EU subscribers also have a 14-day right of withdrawal, unless they waived it at checkout in return for immediate access.
This guide follows Brazzers' own customer terms of service and billing support page, both read on 25 October 2026. Where we quote the terms, the wording is theirs. Our overall view of the site is in the Brazzers review.
Four ways to cancel
The terms list these routes, any of which ends the recurring billing:
- Online, through the cancel login. "Visit https://support.brazzers.com, navigate to the Cancel section, and select 'Login.'" The login lives at cancel.brazzers.com and is labelled "Manage memberships and add-ons".
- From inside the members' area. "Log in to the Members' Area and select 'Support' in the footer."
- Through support. Use the chat or email options on support.brazzers.com. The page says chat is open around the clock, with live agents seven days a week from 9am to 10pm Eastern, and email can be sent at any time.
- From your receipt. "Use the cancellation links provided within their transaction receipts to cancel directly through this website."
There is a fifth route outside Brazzers itself. Brazzers bills through Probiller, and Probiller's FAQ says its agents "can stop recurring memberships directly" by phone, chat or email. Its numbers and hours are listed in Probiller on your statement.
Before you cancel
A few minutes of checking avoids the most common follow-up problem, a charge that continues after you thought you had cancelled.
- List every package. Probiller's FAQ gives the usual reason people are still billed: "additional membership packages may have been selected upon signup that you have not yet cancelled." The cancel login is labelled for add-ons as well as memberships for this reason.
- Find the welcome email. The billing page says it names the billing company for your payment. That tells you which line on your statement is which.
- Note the renewal date. The billing page says a monthly membership "will renew automatically after the initial term ends" and is "billed every 30 days after your initial signup date". Cancel before that date, not on it.
Confirm it worked
The billing page says a cancellation confirmation email is sent to the address you signed up with, and to check spam if it does not arrive. If you cannot find it, or can no longer reach that inbox, support says it will verify the cancellation for you. Keep the email. It is your evidence if a charge appears later, and it matters for a dispute.
What happens to access after cancelling is not spelled out in the terms we read. They say only that "Subscribers are responsible for all charges incurred through the effective date of termination." Ask support when you cancel, and keep the reply.
Refunds: what the terms say
The refund section is short and discretionary:
| Payment method | Request window | Condition |
|---|---|---|
| Credit card | Within 120 days of the original transaction | Reviewed case by case, "at Aylo Billing's sole discretion" |
| Gift cards, cryptocurrency and other alternative methods | Within 90 days of payment | Only "if technically feasible"; may not always be possible |
Three further rules apply to any refund:
- No partial refunds. "Refunds or credits will not be issued for partially used Memberships."
- Same payment method only. A refund is "credited solely to the payment method used in the original transaction", never as cash, cheque or to a different card.
- One refund does not promise another. "Approval of one refund does not imply any obligation to approve future requests."
Requests go through customer support. If the answer is no and you believe you were charged wrongly, refunds and chargebacks explained sets out the order to escalate in. Note what the terms say about the last step: "All chargebacks are thoroughly investigated and may prevent future purchases."
The EU 14-day right of withdrawal
For subscribers in the European Union, the terms add a right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU):
- You can withdraw within 14 days of the contract being concluded, without giving a reason. The terms say this includes memberships that start with a free trial or promotional subscription.
- The waiver matters. If you "request immediate access to the Website and its materials at checkout, and expressly acknowledge and agree that you waive your statutory right of withdrawal", the right ends once access begins, and "no refund, whether in whole or in part, will be available in respect of that purchase". The terms say the waiver covers renewals under the same contract.
- If the right still applies, the terms provide a withdrawal form and say payments will be reimbursed within 14 days to the original payment method.
So whether the 14-day right helps you depends on what you ticked at checkout. The confirmation email is meant to record it: the terms say the acknowledgement is confirmed "on a durable medium following your purchase". How cooling-off rights work more broadly is covered in what actually protects your adult subscription.
Trials and the small verification charge
Two separate things happen around trials:
- Free trials can still touch your card. The terms say that during sign-up for a free trial or membership "a nominal fee may be charged to your payment method" to verify it, and that it "will be automatically reversed or refunded".
- Discounted trials convert. The billing page says trial memberships at discounted rates "automatically convert to standard monthly memberships unless canceled within the trial period".
If you are only trying the site, cancel the trial as soon as you join and keep the confirmation. Adult site free trials and auto-renew explains why that is safer than waiting.
If a payment fails
Cancelling your card does not cancel the membership. If a renewal is declined, the terms let Aylo Billing retry the charge, once for a lower amount, suspend or cancel the membership if no valid payment method works, and apply "an administration fee (tax included) of up to $2.00" to keep the subscription temporarily active until the next attempt. Cancel the membership itself first.
Age verification after you pay
The terms say members may be asked to prove their age after a purchase. If you have trouble completing it, "you may cancel your subscription to prevent further charges or contact us". If verification fails because you are under 18 or under the age of majority where you are, the purchase is cancelled and a refund may be issued at the company's discretion. The terms add that refund decisions do not depend on whether identity verification succeeded. Why these checks now appear is explained in age verification on adult sites.
The same rules on Reality Kings, Mofos and Digital Playground
Brazzers is one of several studio sites sold by Aylo Premium Ltd. The customer terms of Reality Kings, Mofos and Digital Playground, read on the same day, carry the same "Last Modified: Oct 8, 2026" date and identical wording, and each has its own cancel login at cancel.[site].com. Bang Bros uses the same template with different billing companies. Each membership is cancelled separately. Who owns Brazzers sets out how the five fit together.
If you are cancelling because a single studio no longer suits you, the best adult subscription platforms compares network, single-studio and pay-per-view models, and how to cancel an adult subscription covers the general method for any other site.
Quoted from Brazzers' customer terms of service (last modified 8 October 2026), its support and billing pages, and Probiller's FAQ, as read on 25 October 2026. Terms change without notice; Brazzers' own current terms are the authority. This is not legal advice. 18+ only.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I cancel my Brazzers membership?
Brazzers' terms, last modified 8 October 2026, list four ways: log in at the Cancel section of support.brazzers.com (cancel.brazzers.com), select Support in the members' area footer, contact support through support.brazzers.com, or use the cancellation link in your transaction receipt. Probiller, the biller, can also stop recurring memberships by chat, phone or email.
Can I get a refund from Brazzers?
You can ask. The terms say card refund requests must be made within 120 days of the original transaction and are reviewed case by case at Aylo Billing's discretion. Refunds or credits are not issued for partially used memberships, and any refund goes back only to the original payment method. For gift cards or crypto the window is 90 days, and only where a refund is technically feasible.
Do I have a right to cancel Brazzers within 14 days in the EU?
The terms give EU subscribers a 14-day right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive. It ends once access starts if you requested immediate access at checkout and expressly waived the right, and in that case the terms say no refund is available for that purchase.
Why am I still being charged after cancelling Brazzers?
The usual reason, according to Probiller's FAQ, is an extra membership package selected at sign-up that has not been cancelled. Each package needs its own cancellation and should produce its own confirmation email. Brazzers' terms also say that joining several sites lists each purchase separately on your statement.
Does the Brazzers free trial charge my card?
The terms say a nominal fee may be charged when you sign up for a free trial or membership, to verify the payment method, and that it will be automatically reversed or refunded. Brazzers' support page says discounted trial memberships convert automatically to a standard monthly membership unless cancelled within the trial period.
