Probiller on Your Statement: What the Charge Is and How to Stop It

By LustFlixxX EditorialΒ·Updated October 25, 2026Β·8 min readΒ·Written with AI assistanceΒ·How we review

The short answer: Probiller is the billing service of Aylo, the company behind Brazzers, Reality Kings, Mofos, Digital Playground and Bang Bros memberships. Its own FAQ says a charge with "Probiller.com" in the description is from an online purchase, "usually a subscription to an entertainment website". To stop it, cancel through the site's support page or contact Probiller by chat (seven days a week, 9am to 10pm Eastern) or phone (weekdays, 9am to 5pm Eastern), then wait for a cancellation email for every package. Probiller says the most common reason charges continue is an extra package added at sign-up.

If you have found Probiller on a bank statement, this guide sets out who it is, what the line can look like, how to work out which subscription it belongs to, and how to make it stop. Everything below comes from Probiller's own site and from the join, support and terms pages of the studio sites that use it, all read on 25 October 2026. For how adult billing descriptors work in general, start with how adult subscriptions appear on your bank statement.

Who Probiller is

Probiller's website describes it as "a secure online payment solution handling millions of transactions" and says it serves customers "in over 150 countries". The footer names the two companies behind it: Aylo Billing US Corp. in Austin, Texas, and Aylo Billing Limited, with an address in the Dali Industrial Zone, Cyprus.

Aylo is the company that owns Pornhub and Brazzers, among other brands; how its premium sites fit together is set out in who owns Brazzers. The practical point is simpler: Probiller is not a separate shop you bought something from. It is the billing arm that takes payment on behalf of the site you joined.

On its security page, Probiller says it follows the PCI Data Security Standard for card data and is PSD2 compliant, using two-factor authentication through Verified by Visa and Mastercard SecureCode.

Which sites bill through Probiller

These five sites state on their own join pages, as read on 25 October 2026, "We use Probiller as our trusted biller":

SiteSupport pageStatement descriptor shown in the page
Brazzerssupport.brazzers.comPROBILLER.COM 855-232-9555 or VendoStore*AYB +442031399063
Reality Kingssupport.realitykings.comSame as Brazzers
Mofossupport.mofos.comNot shown in the page we read
Digital Playgroundsupport.digitalplayground.comSame as Brazzers
Bang Brossupport.bangbros.comSame as Brazzers

The list is not complete. Probiller's FAQ says it bills "for a multitude of online entertainment products", and it does not publish a list of them. If your charge does not match one of these five, the welcome email from the site you joined is the place to check.

What the line on your statement can look like

The descriptor is the short text your bank shows for a payment. Several versions are possible:

  • PROBILLER.COM 855-232-9555, the first option in the descriptor text on the Brazzers, Reality Kings, Digital Playground and Bang Bros join pages.
  • *VendoStoreAYB +442031399063**, the second option in the same text. Vendo is a payment processor; the Aylo sites list it among their "Authorized Payment Processors".
  • *MBIPROBILLER.COM - 855-232-9555**, the line Brazzers' page gives for a single-scene purchase.
  • Probiller, AyloBill, Vendo, Segpay or WTS. Brazzers' terms of service say any of these, "or others (depending on Subscriber geographical location)", may appear on a card, bank or phone bill.

The phone number in the descriptor text ends in 9555, while Probiller's own website lists +1-855-232-9550. We have not called either. If you want to phone, use the number on Probiller's own site.

Brazzers' terms add one more detail that explains split charges: "If multiple venues are joined utilizing any payment method, Subscriber's statement will list each individual purchase comprising the transaction." Two lines on the same day usually mean two purchases, not a double charge.

How to identify the charge

Brazzers' billing support page says the welcome email sent when you join names the billing company. Work through it in this order:

  1. Search your email, including spam, for a welcome or receipt message around the date of the first charge. It names the site and the billing company.
  2. Compare the amount and date with any trial. Brazzers' support page says discounted trials convert automatically to a standard monthly membership unless cancelled within the trial period, and that a monthly membership bills every 30 days from the sign-up date.
  3. Ask anyone else who uses the card. Probiller's FAQ suggests checking with family members or friends before anything else.
  4. Contact Probiller. Its agents can find the account from the payment details. The contact options are below.

If nothing turns up and nobody with access to the card joined anything, treat the charge as unauthorised and go to your bank. Refunds and chargebacks explained covers that route.

How to stop it

There are two places to cancel, and either works.

On the site. Each of the five sites has a support page with a "Cancel" box and a link to manage memberships and add-ons. The Brazzers one logs in at cancel.brazzers.com; the others follow the same pattern. Brazzers' terms list four routes: that login, the "Support" link in the members' area footer, the contact options on the support page, and the cancellation link in your transaction receipt. The full walk-through, including refunds, is in how to cancel Brazzers and get a refund.

Through Probiller. Its FAQ says: "We can stop recurring memberships directly, just call, chat or email our customer care agents." Probiller's own customer terms say the same, allowing cancellation "by contacting Probiller through the contact information" in the website footer.

Make sure it actually stopped

  • Get the confirmation email. Probiller says one "is automatically sent whenever an account is canceled", and that it may land in spam. No email means you should check again.
  • Cancel every package. Probiller's answer to "I canceled my account; why am I still getting charged?" is that "additional membership packages may have been selected upon signup that you have not yet cancelled". Each one needs its own cancellation.
  • Check the next statement. A cancelled package should not reappear after its renewal date.

When a payment fails

If your card is declined at renewal, the terms let the biller try again. Brazzers' terms say Aylo Billing may retry for the amount due or, once, for a lower amount, may suspend the membership if it cannot charge a valid payment method, and may apply "an administration fee (tax included) of up to $2.00" to keep a subscription active until the next attempt. A cancelled card is therefore not a cancellation. How to cancel an adult subscription explains why stopping the subscription itself is the reliable route.

Refunds, briefly

Brazzers' terms, last modified 8 October 2026, say card refund requests must be made within 120 days of the original transaction, that refunds are at Aylo Billing's discretion, and that "Refunds or credits will not be issued for partially used Memberships". Subscribers in the EU also have a 14-day right of withdrawal, which ends if they asked for immediate access and waived it at checkout. Both are set out in full in how to cancel Brazzers and get a refund.

Avoiding a surprise next time

Before you pay for any studio site, untick any extra package offered at checkout, note the descriptor from the welcome email, and put the renewal date in your calendar. Adult site free trials and auto-renew covers how trials convert, and the best adult subscription platforms compares the subscription models if you are choosing where to spend in the first place.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is Probiller on my bank statement?

Probiller is a billing service run by Aylo's billing companies, Aylo Billing US Corp in Texas and Aylo Billing Limited. Its own FAQ says charges with 'Probiller.com' in the description are from an online purchase, usually a subscription to an entertainment website. Brazzers, Reality Kings, Mofos, Digital Playground and Bang Bros all state on their join pages that they use Probiller as their biller.

How do I cancel a Probiller subscription?

Either cancel on the site you joined, through its support page's 'Manage memberships and add-ons' login, or contact Probiller directly. Probiller's FAQ says its agents can stop recurring memberships by chat (7 days a week, 9am to 10pm Eastern), phone (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Eastern) or email. Keep the cancellation confirmation email, which Probiller says is sent automatically.

Why is Probiller still charging me after I cancelled?

Probiller's own FAQ gives the usual reason: additional membership packages may have been selected at sign-up and not yet cancelled. Each package needs cancelling, and each should produce its own confirmation email. If a trial turned into a full membership, the FAQ says the package selected may have included upgrades.

What is the Probiller phone number?

Probiller's website lists +1-855-232-9550 as its toll-free number for the United States and Canada, and +44-808-189-0037 for the United Kingdom, with separate toll-free numbers for Argentina, Australia, Belgium, Cyprus, the Czech Republic, France, Ireland, Japan, New Zealand, Portugal, Slovakia and Sweden. Phone support runs Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Eastern.

Is a Probiller charge a scam?

Probiller is a real billing service: its site names the Aylo Billing companies that operate it, and the studio sites it bills for name it on their own pages. That does not prove a particular charge is yours. If nobody with access to your card joined anything, treat it as unauthorised and contact your bank.
