Who Owns Brazzers? Aylo's Premium Sites and Who Bills You
The short answer: Brazzers is run by Aylo Premium Ltd, part of Aylo, the company whose portfolio also includes Pornhub, YouPorn, Men.com and Nutaku. According to the footer of Brazzers' join page, the Brazzers trademarks are owned by Licensing IP International S.à.r.l and used under licence by Aylo Premium Ltd. Reality Kings, Mofos and Digital Playground carry exactly the same lines. Bang Bros' trademarks belong to Sonesta Limited S.R.O., also licensed to Aylo Premium. All five are billed through Probiller, Aylo's billing service, and four of them share word-for-word the same customer terms. Aylo describes itself as "an ECP company", a reference to Ethical Capital Partners.
Several of the best-known studio subscriptions share a support layout, a set of terms and a name on the bank statement, because they are sold by the same company. This guide sets out who owns what, using only the companies' own pages as read on 25 October 2026, and what a shared owner means for the membership you buy, the line on your statement and how you cancel. For how Brazzers compares with a multi-studio network, see Adult Time vs Brazzers.
Aylo in its own words
Aylo's About page says the company launched in 2004 and that "Our portfolio includes Pornhub, YouPorn, Brazzers, Men.com, Nutaku, and more". Its brands page groups the business into five kinds of property:
- Premium Paysites, described as "committed to delivering exclusive and original content to our subscribers". Brazzers and its sister studio sites sit here.
- Video Sharing Platforms, where content is uploaded by models and creators.
- Marketplace, creator-focused platforms for selling content.
- Gaming & Applications.
- Advertising Network.
The footer of Aylo's homepage reads "Aylo is an ECP company" and links to Ethical Capital Partners, which describes itself as "a different kind of private equity firm".
The five premium sites side by side
Read from each site's join page and support page on 25 October 2026:
| Site | Copyright line | Trademark owner | Biller named on the page | Payment processors named |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Brazzers | Aylo Premium Ltd | Licensing IP International S.à.r.l, licensed to Aylo Premium Ltd | Probiller | Vendo |
| Reality Kings | Aylo Premium Ltd | Licensing IP International S.à.r.l, licensed to Aylo Premium Ltd | Probiller | Vendo, Segpay |
| Mofos | Aylo Premium Ltd | Licensing IP International S.à.r.l, licensed to Aylo Premium Ltd | Probiller | Vendo, Segpay |
| Digital Playground | Aylo Premium Ltd | Licensing IP International S.à.r.l, licensed to Aylo Premium Ltd | Probiller | Vendo, Segpay |
| Bang Bros | Sonesta Media, S.R.O. | Sonesta Limited S.R.O., licensed to Aylo Premium Ltd | Probiller | Vendo, Segpay |
Each site runs its own support desk at support.[site].com, with the same layout, the same hours (live agents seven days a week, 9am to 10pm Eastern) and a "Manage memberships and add-ons" login at cancel.[site].com. The support email addresses in the page code all end in @probiller.com.
Bang Bros is the one with a different structure. Its terms say Aylo Premium Ltd provides access "pursuant to an agreement with Bridgemaze Group LLC, Sonesta Technologies S.R.O.", and name those two as the billing companies. Its support page lists them under "Processed by" alongside Aylo Billing US Corp and Aylo Billing Limited.
What one owner means for you
The same terms
We compared the customer terms of Brazzers, Reality Kings, Mofos and Digital Playground line by line. All four were "Last Modified: Oct 8, 2026" and the text is identical apart from each site's own support address, down to a clause about Brazzers.AI that appears in all four. Bang Bros uses the same template with its own billing companies. So the rules on renewal, refunds and cancellation you read for one of them apply to the others. They are summarised from Brazzers' terms in how to cancel Brazzers and get a refund.
The terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, and the billing company they name, Aylo Billing Limited, is described as incorporated in Ireland with its principal place of business in Cyprus.
One membership, one site
Shared ownership does not mean shared access. The terms say: "Aylo Premium Ltd will provide one access right to access this Website and its materials for which Subscriber is purchasing a membership." A Brazzers membership is a Brazzers membership. If you add a second site at checkout, the terms say "Subscriber's statement will list each individual purchase comprising the transaction", which is how one sign-up turns into two monthly lines.
That is the main practical difference from a network subscription such as Adult Time, where one fee covers many studios and channels. Our Adult Time review covers that model, and the best adult subscription platforms explains when each model is worth paying for.
The same name on your statement
Because all five bill through Probiller, the statement line does not say which site you joined. The descriptor text in the Brazzers, Reality Kings, Digital Playground and Bang Bros join pages is "PROBILLER.COM 855-232-9555 or VendoStore*AYB +442031399063". If you hold more than one Aylo membership, the welcome emails are the only easy way to tell them apart, so keep them. What each line means is explained in Probiller on your statement.
The same exit
Cancelling one site does not cancel another. Each has its own cancel login, and Probiller's FAQ gives the most common reason people are still charged after cancelling: "additional membership packages may have been selected upon signup that you have not yet cancelled". Cancel each package and keep each confirmation email.
What Aylo says about trust and safety
Aylo's Trust & Safety page lists the measures it applies across its platforms, including:
- Uploader verification: only users ID-verified by a third-party digital ID company can upload to Aylo's content-sharing platforms.
- Safeguard: Aylo's own image-recognition tool, built to stop previously fingerprinted abusive or non-consensual material being re-uploaded.
- Moderation: scanning against NGO hash lists, AI detection, and human moderators who review uploads before publication.
- Content removal: a removal request form and a Trusted Flagger Programme that Aylo says spans more than 35 countries and over 50 members.
Uploader verification applies to the platforms where users upload. The premium paysites publish their own studio productions, and each carries a link to its 18 U.S.C. 2257 record-keeping statement and a "Content Removal" link in the footer. What those statements are for is explained in how to spot a legit adult site.
Choosing between them
Ownership tells you how billing and support work, not which site suits you. Each brand is a separate studio with its own style and library. Our Brazzers review covers the best known of them. If you want to look at the others' own tour pages, these are affiliate links and we earn a commission if you join: Brazzers, Reality Kings, Mofos, Digital Playground and Bang Bros. Whichever you pick, check the renewal price and untick any extra site offered at checkout before you pay.
Quoted from the websites of Aylo and Ethical Capital Partners and from the join, support and terms pages of Brazzers, Reality Kings, Mofos, Digital Playground and Bang Bros, as read on 25 October 2026. Ownership, terms and billing arrangements change without notice; each company's own current pages are the authority. 18+ only.
